Where is Newby Hall?
Newby Hall is just a few miles from the A1(M), the main London to Edinburgh motorway. Close by are the magnificent Yorkshire Dales, North Yorkshire Moors National Parks and the historic cities of York and Ripon.

Do I have to pay for tickets into Newby Hall Gardens too?
Nope your ticket prices include all the fun of the festival and the beautiful Gardens.
Are there any concessions?
We have kept our ticket prices extremely low, in fact it's one of the lowest priced festival tickets in the UK. Free tickets will be provided for carers and personal assistants for standard adult ticket holders with physical and mental difficulties. For those with child and teen tickets, a free carer or personal assistant ticket shall also be provided free of charge, but the child or teen must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder (such adult ticket holder may be the carer or personal assistant). Advance Ticket Holders: On arrival at Box Office you will be presented with two access points. Advance Ticket holders need to provide their paper tickets/etickets. The whole group need to be together. Wristbands will be supplied in accordance with your ticket purchase. Teen Tickets (13-18) will be supplied with an identifiable wristband that prohibits alcohol sales.
On the Day Sales will be supplied with wristbands. You can come in and out of the festival on the same day but cannot gain access on any other day. Cash for tickets would be preferred due to WiFi access being hit and miss.
We will be offering the following for disabled customers:
Disabled parking (you will need to have your blue badge on display).
Stewards to help with any difficulties that may arise over the weekend.
Generally the site is wheelchair friendly but it will be on a field, will have lots of people and will have deckchairs dotted around. This may cause problems for wheelchair access in wet weather.
Are there any discounts for groups?
I'm afraid not, as above we have kept our ticket prices extremely low.
We will have a one way traffic system in place and do expect festival open/close times to have heavy traffic. Please be patient, we have a large team working on getting you in and out safely.
Do I have to buy a Weekend Pass?
No, much as we'd love to see you there all weekend you can buy a Day and Night Pass for Friday, Saturday or Sunday. As always Children go Free.
Can I camp for one night?
Sorry, campsite is available to weekend ticket holders only.
Are there showers and toilets on the campsites?
Yes, in addition to an Artisan Coffee Van
Can I bring a Picnic?
Campers/Weekend Ticket Holders are welcome to bring food and a reasonable amount of alcohol into the campsite. No food and drink is allowed into the main festival site. No BBQs or Naked Flame is allowed on the campsite.
Can I bring dogs?
Yes, you can bring dogs on a lead both into the Campsite and the main Festival Site. Dogs are not allowed into Newby Hall Gardens or the Outdoor Cinema.
There are no cashpoints on site but the Craft Beer TeePee can offer a cash back facility if funds allow and some traders do accept debit and credit cards.
Rubbish and Recycling
We're in the grounds of the beautiful Newby Hall, please look after it... We have litter pickers, bins and skips all which will be emptied regularly, please use them.
Our toilets are cleaned daily. But please leave them clean for other users. We pride ourselves on having "the cleanest festival toilets ever seen"
Security, Lost Children and First Aid
First Aid: will be on site all weekend. If you need medical assistance please find one of our stewards who will radio for help immediately.
Lost Children: It would be advisable to write your mobile number on your children's wristband or their own wristband.
If you lose a child go to one of our Stewards immediately. Our Crew our CRB checked. If we find a lost child we will ring your mobile number. In the event that we can't get through to you we will take the lost child to the Festival Office and make an announcement on the Main Stage.
Our Security and team are here to help make your stay as pleasant as possible, they will do everything they can to assist you in your quest of fun but they will not tolerate anti social behaviour.
Tickets are non refundable under any circumstances.
